What If You Were Left Behind After Rapture?

Would never be, but i have this word of encouragement for all.

One thing and only one thing is needful, do not be deceived by the devil into getting too much attached to the things of the world. The devil is so subtle that he get you too busy even with good things and activities of religion, but not that which is needful. You major on the minor and minor on the major, and before you know it you have spent your life on the wrong things and it is too late.

But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me. And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou are careful and trouble about many things. But one thing is needful: And Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
Luke 10:40-42

Stay blessed and remain rapturable

Tinubu visits crash survivors

ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU, THE APC NATIONAL LEADER VISITS PLANE CRASH SURVIVORS @ LASUTH

Former Lagos State Governor, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu yesterday visited the survivors of the Associated Aviation crash at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), where they are being treated.
The aircraft which was conveying the body of the former Ondo State governor, Dr. Olusegun Agagu and some others to Akure crashed on Thursday after taking off in Lagos.

Shortly after landing at the Murtal Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, the leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) visited the victims. He was accompanied by his wife Senator Oluremi, the interim spokesperson of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Lai Mohammed, Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, Mr. Adeyemi Ikuforiji and other party stalwarts. The former Lagos governor spent some time at the ward.
He described the death of the former Ondo State governor as a great loss to the country, describing Agagu as a good man he will miss despite their partisan differences.

He said Nigerians should give thanks to God for sparing the lives of Agagu’s son: Feyi and the son in law in the crash, affirming that government needs to fix the corruption and rot in the aviation sector.
Speaking in an interview on arrival at the airport, he described the crash as a national disaster, and called on the Federal Government to urgently overhaul the aviation sector.

He said until professionals are put in place to oversee the industry, the country may not meet the global standard of aviation it desires.
Rather than put the right personnel and equipment in place including a world standard runway, government he said has used the aviation sector to victimise perceived political enemies , whose aircraft are either grounded or recalled mid air.

He cited examples of the Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi and the Edo State Governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.
Asiwaju said “Agagu was a committed family man. Tunji (Okusanya) was a close friend of every one of us. But God has done one thing, has shown us His wonders. In the midst of all of these, Feyi Agagu survived, his brother in law survived.
“He has given room for us to give thanks to God.

Nigeria’s aviation sector is a risk, we have never allowed professionals to run the Aviation industry, and we created too much bureaucracy. Where are the professionals, where are the engineers? What is the age of the plane and the records of maintenance? But when they have already compromised the office, they waste our valuable lives and time.”
He lamented that corruption has crippled the system, as according to him, “We have to remove corruption that is a cancer in our society. We have to remove ethnicity and clannishness in our society; it is a shame on our society.”

Concerned ministers flay Jonathan on ASUU strike

A group of men of God from across the 33 local government areas of Oyo State, under the aegis of Concerned Ministers Forum, has condemned in its totality the inability of President Goodluck Jonathan to end the three-month- old strike of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
The forum, in a release signed by its President, Reverend James Olusola Akande and Secretary General, Reverend Toye Adeyeye, described the industrial action as a sad reminder of bad governance.
According to the ministers of God, the current situation has revealed the intention of present leaders to sink the educational system as they did to the nation’s refineries.
“We have keenly observed that these leaders are planning to sink our universities and later lease them out to themselves in the name of privatisation,” the forum lamented.
The forum further said that the nonchallant attitude of the nation’s leaders to the present strike could not be unconnected with the fact that “our leaders have their children studying abroad and some in our neighbouring countries like Ghana and Togo.

The National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) may suspend its strike today after a weekend of meetings aimed at resolving differences between the doctors and the government.
Sources said the strike would have been called off on Friday after the association's executives met with Labour Minister Emeka Wogu and his Health counterpart Onyebuchi Chukwu, but the suspension was held off until NARD executives met their members.
The meeting on Friday has been described as "long and fruitful" producing a communiqué signed by both parties.
The strike had crippled services in public hospitals across the nation following directives by NARD president Dr. Jibril Abdullahi.

Health minister Chukwu had expressed "disappointment" at the resident doctors' strike describing it as "uncalled for."

Her husband, who was learnt came back from London on Sunday morning, rushed to her office, after he had not heard from her, only to find her lifeless body.
After the discovery, he went to the police station to report the case.
The Commissioner of Police, Femi Ogunbayode, said some men had called the deceased to her office for some business transaction after which she was missing.
The police boss added that a security detail that followed Ifeoma everywhere had been arrested and interrogated for complicity in the case.
He said since the case was not reported to the police until her husband came back from abroad to find her lifeless body in her office, then the security detail was a suspect.
Ogunbayode further said the Forensic Investigation Unit was already at the office where she was killed and had started investigation on the matter.
Sympathisers said the husband of the deceased had to break through the door of her office, only to see the lifeless body of his wife, after which he wept profusely.
They said the deceased had parked her car in front of the building where she usually parked since Thursday morning, but as of the time of filing this report, the car was nowhere to be found.
The deceased was described as “easygoing and straightforward person, who minds her business and very dedicated to her family.”
